Meet Your Guides:
Flow: The Wild pixie who gathers the stories, inks the pages, and binds the magic together with a wax sealed stamp.
Orpheus: The Wolf who guards the land, listens to the ancestors in the wind, and brings news from the wild world around him, as well as the other worlds within him.
Babushka: In the heart of our wood lives a gypsy wagon, who keeps the old ways alive and weaves ancient myths into every letter we send to you.

Each monthly bundle includes:
A Personal Letter: Hand-inked stories from Flow, Orpheus, and Babushka sharing their findings from the wild with you, from each month and turning of the seasons.
Myth & Folklore: Ancient tales woven into the "Phenology Wheel"—the natural calendar of the earth—showing you how the seasons are shifting, evolving, growing and blooming.
Treasures from the Earth: Tangible gifts gathered by paws and hands. You might find a snippet of sheep’s wool, a dried wildflower, a curious seed pod, or a feather found on the forest floor. A talisman from us to you, to treasure wholeheartedly.

Monthly Magic: Your letter is sent via post once every moon cycle.
Near or Far: We ship to Wildings all over the world.
Annual subscription: Once you have paid for the year of the seasons letters to unfold, you won't be able to receive a refund.
We cannot wait to weave of tapestry of the natural world into your hearts and souls.

Shipping & Delivery
We take great care to ensure your monthly magic arrives safely at your door. Because our letters are handwritten and gathered from the wild, here is how the journey works:
When will my letter arrive?

The Monthly Mailing: We send out our letters once a month, usually aligned with the Full Moon or the New Moon.

Delivery Time: Once posted, your letter should arrive within 3 to 5 working days (for local Wildings) or 1 to 2 weeks (for those living across the great oceans).
How is it packaged?

Earth-Friendly: We use recycled paper and biodegradable envelopes. Even our wax seals and strings are chosen to be kind to the forest.

Nature’s Treasures: Each letter contains a small gift from the earth. We pack these carefully so they don't break, but please remember they are fragile bits of nature!
Missing Magic?
If your letter has been blown off course by a storm and hasn't arrived within 14 days of our mailing date, please send us a message. We will work with the Wolf and the Wild Woman to send a new spark of magic your way.

Returns & Refunds
At the heart of Where Wildlings Flow, we want every letter to bring a spark of joy to your home. Because our letters are personalised, handwritten, and contain natural treasures, we handle returns and refunds with a touch of forest wisdom:
Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. But Annual subscriptions are paid for the year without a refund policy. To make sure you aren't charged for the next moon’s letter, please cancel at least 5 days before the first of the month.
Returns

Handwritten Letters: Because each letter is a one-of-a-kind creation made just for you, we cannot accept physical returns of the letters or nature's treasures.
Refunds & Replacements

Damaged Treasures: If a nature treasure (like a delicate shell or leaf) arrives broken or crushed by the post, please let us know! We will be happy to send a replacement treasure in your next month’s letter.

Lost in the Wild: If your letter never arrives due to a mishap in the post, we will either send a replacement letter or offer a refund for that month’s mailing.
